Step 1: Once your order has been confirmed, we will contact you by email and our team will request a photo.
Step 2: The illustrator will create the portrait based on the photo.
Step 3: We will email you the artwork in approximately 4-6 weeks (production volume may affect this timeframe).
Step 4: The artwork can be touched up up to two times, so please suggest any adjustments that you would like to make.
Step 5: The printing process will take approximately 3-4 weeks (production volume may affect this timeframe).
